What you will do
- Manage deployment plans across partner, product, engineering, and customer operations teams.
- Track readiness for data feeds, workflows, support paths, training, and post-launch reporting.
- Build operational documentation that makes each launch easier than the last.
- Lead issue triage and keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates.
What you bring
- 4+ years in operations, implementation, customer success, project management, mobility, logistics, or regulated services.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort running several workstreams at once.
- Strong written updates, meeting discipline, and stakeholder management.
- Comfort working near technical systems without needing to be an engineer.
Where you sit
You will work with deployment, product, engineering, and partner teams closest to live operations.
